BILL OF SALE

          THIS AGREEMENT between                                                       (Seller) of                                                                                                            (location of seller), hereinafter SELLER, and                                                            (Buyer) of                                                                                                            (location of buyer), hereinafter BUYER, is for the sale of the following:

          1. PROPERTY AS IS: The property as described above is sold by the SELLER to the BUYER as the property is seen and observed with any and all faults that it may have.
