WAIVER OF LIEN

The undersigned contractor of American Falls¹, Idaho², does hereby provide the following waiver of any and all liens on the construction project at 1111 5th Avenue³ in Arbon⁴, Idaho⁵, to Glen Wilder⁶, the (owner/contractor):

The parties have previously entered into a construction project for labor and/or materials as shown on the attached estimate and/or attached description;
The attached documents contain a description of any and all work that was to be performed at the aforementioned project;
The work has been performed and the materials provided in conjunction with the complete agreement(s);
In consideration of one thousand eight hundred forty-five⁷ dollars ($1,845⁸), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged as payment in part⁹ (full/part), the undersigned contractor waives all claims of lien and rights of lien that (s)he may obtain against such property by having performed the services described on the attached.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned contractor executes this waiver and release on this 1st day of September, yr1996¹⁰.
