  1. Ordering that the child support paragraph of the Judgment and Decree be amended to increase Respondent's child support on the grounds that there have been substantial changes in the circumstances since the entry of the Decree, such as that Respondent’s income has substantially increased.

  2. For such other and further relief that the Court deems equitable under the circumstances.

          This Motion will be based upon Petitioner's Affidavit, the entire court file, and arguments of counsel at the hearing.
