Grantee(s) shall not use the easement for any other purpose without first
obtaining written approval from the Grantor(s).
Grantee(s) shall pay Grantor(s) the sum of

Grantee(s) shall make the following improvements on the

, as a condition for use of the easement. Grantee(s) shall further maintain the easement and make such
repairs to the easement or improvements on it as are necessary. All such improvements,

real estate and/or has/have authority to grant this easement. This easement runs with
