DEADLINE EXTENSION AMENDMENT

The parties in authority as identified below hereby agree to amend the subcontractor performance agreement for residential construction:
a) 15 Bad Weather Days which are identified in paragraph 6 of the subcontractor performance agreement which have already occurred are:
