WAIVER OF LIEN

          The undersigned contractor of American Falls1Idaho2, does hereby provide the following waiver of any and all liens on the construction project at 1111 5th Avenue3 in Arbon4, Idaho5, to Glen Wilder6, the (owner/contractor):

  1. The parties have previously entered into a construction project for labor and/or materials as shown on the attached estimate and/or attached description;
  2. The attached documents contain a description of any and all work that was to be performed at the aforementioned project;
  3. The work has been performed and the materials provided in conjunction with the complete agreement(s);
  4. In consideration of one thousand eight hundred forty-five7 dollars ($1,8458), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged as payment in part9 (full/part), the undersigned contractor waives all claims of lien and rights of lien that (s)he may obtain against such property by having performed the services described on the attached. 

          IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned contractor executes this waiver and release on this 1st day of September, yr199610.

  2. The contractor's address is set forth.

  3. The address of the location by street is indicated.

  4. The city location.

  5. The state location.

  6. The waiver is given to the owner.  In this case, the owner is Glen Wilder.

  7. The consideration is the amount of the first installment.

  8. The amount of consideration should be noted numerically, as well as being written out.

  9. A part installment was noted in this hypothetical situation.

  10. The date on which the Lien Waiver is signed is noted.

  11. The signature of a witness.

  12. The signature of the contractor.
