          William Thomas Walker6, Petitioner, being first duly sworn on oath, states as follows:

  1. I am the Petitioner in this action, and I am making this Affidavit in support of my Motion for Temporary Relief.

  2. It is in the best interest of our children that I be awarded temporary custody. I have been the primary parent for the children since they were born. (State other reasons):
    I have been the parent primarily responsible for making sure the daily needs of the children are taken care of.  Respondent works full time and her job requires frequent evening and weekend work.7

  3. I am in need of financial assistance from Respondent to provide for the support of our children.

  4. I am in need of temporary spousal maintenance from Respondent to provide support for me. (Give details regarding present financial circumstances):
    Please see the Financial Statement for all details of our incomes and expenses.  I will have a monthly short fall of $400 and need this amount from the Respondent as temporary spousal maintenance.8

  5. I do not have adequate funds at my disposal to pay my own attorney fees and costs, and I need financial assistance from Respondent to allow me to proceed with this action.

  6. Respondent and I have the following debts. (Present financial circumstances regarding debts and obligations):9

    Sears $2500
    MasterCard $1500
    Visa $2000

  1. I am asking the Court to award to me the temporary exclusive occupancy of the homestead for the following reasons. (State present circumstances):
    The children need to remain in their home to insure their stability and daily needs will be met.  As their primary caretaker, I need to remain in the home with the children to continue caring for them.10

  2. I am requesting temporary use and possession of the 1991 Dodge Caravan11  automobile because I routinely use this care for myself and the children.  Respondent routinely drives the Toyota.11
