Sample Codicil To Last Will And Testament

FIRST CODICIL TO THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT  OF Blaine Benson Bobbson1      I, Blaine Benson Bobbson2 (name) of Cedar Rapids3 (city), Iowa3 (state), do make, publish and declare this FIRST CODICIL to my Last Will and Testament dated August4 (month), 19th4 (day), 19964 (year). I.      I hereby revoke ARTICLE VI Section E5 of said Will and substitute the following in lieu thereof: ARTICLE VI6      E. GUARDIAN:7  If any of my children are minors at the time of my death and in the event my spouse does not survive me, I appoint my sister-in-law, Wilma Bobbson, to serve as guardian over said minor children.7      Further, I wish to add the following ARTICLE VI Section F8 in addition to the existing Articles: ARTICLE VI9      F.
