Sample Self-Proved Will

SAMPLE                                        SELF-PROVED WILL STATE OF IOWA1  )                               )ss COUNTY OF LINN2 )           We, the undersigned, Blaine Benson Bobbson3 (Testator), Harriet B. Higley4 (Witness), and Martinez C.
