THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE enlighten technologies™ Secure Data Network (SDN). A DIFFERENT SET OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SDN SERVICES.

In exchange for listing your servies on Lawsonline or Lawchek ltd I am Agreeing to:

1. Be bound by the Lawsonline and Lawchek LTD Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers
 2. Waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of my listing on the Lawsonline and Lawcheck.LTD sites.
3. Receive Periodic email Newsletters and announcements from Lawsonline or Lawchek LTD.


THE LAWCHEK ™ PRODUCT GROUP TIMELINE:

Each order will be processed within thirty (30) business days upon receipt of payment. As a general rule, it will take approximately ten (10) business days for a Directory Listing and any other additional Listings. If a Directory Logo or Banner Advertisement is to be designed, it will take up to thirty (30) business days; if it is an existing Logo, it will be put up at the time the Listing is created. If it is an existing Banner, it will be put up at the designated time for a thirty (30) day run. Webpage development will take from thirty (30) to sixty (60) business days, and in some instances longer, depending upon the depth of creation.

LAWCHEK™ REFUND POLICIES & PROCEDURES

lawyers listing logoA thirty (30) day return policy will be implemented. If a client is not satisfied with the service, for whatever reason, a refund will be issued in the form of payment. For example, if a client paid by check, the refund will be issued in the form of a check. The client has thirty (30) days from the time they were billed to request a refund. Once thirty (30) days have passed, there will be no refunds issued. The refund policy will be submitted to each client in the form of a faxed confirmation letter or a mailed welcome letter, or posted on the enlighten technologies™ websites. enlighten technologies™will handle all billing, invoicing, refunding, and collections. If a client cancels an order and it has been approved for a refund by the President or Vice President of enlighten technologies™, there will be a 90 day period in which enlighten technologies™ has to make the payment available to the client.

LAWCHEK™  MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Every customer is responsible for obeying the rules of enlighten technologies™ membership. These rules include the following RULES: An enlighten technologies™ member is entitled to use the forms and documents for there own personal use. However under no circumstances will any enlighten technologies™ customer be allowed to resell any of the forms or documentation from the website for there own personal gain. The Service is provided to individuals only and for personal use only. For enlighten technologies™ email. You agree to use the Service only to send and receive personal messages. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: Use the Service in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise). /Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others./ Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information. /Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any non-personal purpose. /Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent. /Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message. /Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity that is not a Service member any directory of the Service members or other user or usage information or any portion thereof other than in the context of your use of the Service as permitted under the TOS. / Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs. /Transmit or upload any material that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. / Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks. / Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means. /Violate any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States through the service. /Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.

Changes are periodically added to the information herein. enlighten technologies™ and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Service at any time. enlighten technologies™ does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. enlighten technologies™ does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the Service or the materials made available as part of the Service will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. You specifically agree that enlighten technologies™ shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the Service. You specifically agree that enlighten technologies™ is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. You specifically agree that enlighten technologies™ is not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in the Service by any third party.
